The Terrace Tower is located in a highly conspicuous position in Frankfurt’s ‘Europaviertel’, close to the Trade Fair complex. From the west it frames the Europa Boulevard, and from the north, together with Tower 185 and Tower One (yet to be built) it creates an impressive ensemble. With its sculptural outline, the building acts as an eye-catcher seen from all directions. To the south, an attractive tree-lined square is being built which, together with the entrance to the shopping mall (Skyline Plaza) and the Sparda-Bank, defines a new urban border.
