The newly developed facade, preventing heat loss in winter and overheating in the summer, consists of an inner manually openable facade layer and an external mechanically-powered glass skin. It between the two lies the intermediate sun and glare protection. Depending on weather, season and time of day each facade elemetn will automatically adjust itself.
