 schneider+schumacher was assigned for tender documentation, tender action, and site management for the retail and shopping center "Neue Mitte" in Bad Vilbel, near Frankfurt.

On 11,500 m2 the new building offers retail and office areas, flats, and an underground car parking. "Neue Mitte" opend in early fall 2013. Project architects in charge were Munich architects Demmel and Hadler.
