Deutsche Bank AG is currently refurbishing its headquarters on Taunusanlage 12. During the refurbishment its temporary accommodation is the IBC (Investment Banking Center), buildings B and C on Theodor-Heuss-Allee 70-72.

schneider+schumacher Bau- und Projektmanagment GmbH was commissioned to execute the design, perform the tender process, and conduct site supervision for the office floors, executive suite and special floors. The floors were occupied in sections of three to five floors at a time, which meant the works had to be executed whilst maintaining the banks normal operations.
