Building works for the Rehabilitation Centre Vallendar, with a connection to the existing Hospital, started in July 2007. Commissioned were Stuttgart based architects wulf & partner. schneider+schumacher Bau- und Projektmanagment GmbH carried out the construction management and cost determination stage (Leistungsphase 8) and also offered daily site supervision. Completion was in February 2009.
