Living by the lake II

112 outstanding buildings have been nominated for the DAM Prize 2024. The longlist includes 104 buildings in Germany as well as 8 buildings abroad, and among these is Lakeside Living II, designed by schneider+schumacher’s office in Vienna. The four blocks, located in Klagenfurth next to Lake Wörthersee, are rhythmically differentiated through their projecting and receding balconies.

The Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM) has been awarding the DAM Prize for Architecture to outstanding buildings since 2007. The jury will now draw up a shortlist from the 2024 nominated projects, and this will be announced in September.
